D’Addario says the tone lasts three to four times longer than standard uncoated strings, which means fewer string changes between now and your next big show.
This 45-100 set is built for long scale basses, comfortably covering scale lengths up to 36 1/4 inches. Gauges run .045, .065, .080, .100 — wound throughout for that deep, booming low end and articulate top string response.
